Leadership Team
The day-to-day decision-makers for H2O Church, composed of all elders (“pastors”) and servant-leaders (“deacons”), plus prospective servant-leaders.
Personnel Committee
A collection of non-staff leaders, commissioned to provide organizational accountability and local channels for communication outside of the church’s Leadership Team (especially if there are concerns about the church’s Leadership Team).
